This prep table has a generous 18.0 cubic feet capacity and accommodates up to 18 1/6 GN pans, making it perfect for assembling salads, sandwiches, and other menu items. The included adapter bars enhance pan organization. The unit features three solid hinged doors for easy access to ingredients and supplies, and it maintains a temperature range between +33 and +41°F to keep your ingredients fresh.
Inside, a vinyl-coated steel shelf provides additional storage options. The 430 stainless steel worktop is both durable and easy to clean, making it ideal for food preparation tasks. The insulated lid helps maintain product freshness while minimizing temperature fluctuations. The stainless steel interior is corrosion-resistant and long-lasting.
