The automatic defrost cooling system ensures worry-free operation by preventing frost buildup, while the 1/5 HP compressor provides the necessary cooling power.
This prep table boasts a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, making it resilient against corrosion and easy to clean. Electronic controls allow for convenient temperature adjustments and monitoring. The removable door gasket simplifies maintenance and ensures a tight seal. The unit accommodates 1/6 and 1/9 pans and offers adjustable vinyl-coated steel shelves for interior customization.
