This three-section unit boasts a spacious 72-inch width and a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system, offering an 18 cubic feet capacity. It accommodates up to 30 1/6 GN pans with adapter bars included, making it ideal for busy sandwich and salad preparation in commercial kitchens. The prep table features three solid hinged doors, each equipped with a vinyl-coated steel shelf for organized storage.
Maintaining a temperature range of +33°F to +41°F, this prep table ensures your ingredients remain fresh and safe. It also includes a full-depth cutting board for convenient meal preparation. The worktop is constructed of durable 430 stainless steel, while the unit's interior is made of stainless steel for easy cleaning and resistance to corrosion. The exterior combines galvanized, aluminum, and stainless steel components, providing durability and an attractive appearance.
