This multiplexible unit features a digital controller, allowing you to maintain gelato at the ideal -4°F to -7°F temperature range. The lift-up curved front tempered glass and tempered glass sides ensure maximum visibility and aesthetics. Rear tempered sliding glass doors simplify access and maintenance.
Inside, you'll find a stainless steel interior that's easy to clean and maintain. The interior lighting enhances product visibility, and the 7-3/4" deep top sill and rear work shelf provide practical workspaces.
