Equipped with a digital controller, you can easily manage and monitor the temperature, guaranteeing that your gelato is always in optimal condition. The lift-up curved front tempered glass, as well as tempered glass sides and rear sliding glass doors, provide excellent visibility for both your customers and staff.
The stainless steel interior ensures durability and easy cleaning, while interior lighting highlights your gelato, making it even more enticing. The case features a 7-3/4"D top sill and a rear work shelf with the same depth, providing a practical workspace for your team.
