Its stainless steel and aluminum construction ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Interior bumpers protect against damage from racks and carts. The cabinet is well-lit with incandescent lighting.
Four stainless steel doors feature magnetic gaskets to maintain temperature, self-closing hinges, metal handles, and bolt-style locks. This cabinet keeps food warm with two stainless steel heating elements, maintaining temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Low-velocity fans ensure uniform heat distribution, while a top vent allows humidity control.
