The True STG2H-2S mobile heated cabinet, part of the Spec Series®, boasts a robust stainless steel and aluminum build that withstands dents and corrosion. Polyurethane insulation within the walls adds structural strength. Both doors feature metal handles and locks, equipped with one-piece magnetic gaskets for a tight seal. These doors self-close, conserving energy, and open beyond 120 degrees for effortless loading and unloading. The front 5-inch castors lock securely in place. Six chrome-plated wire shelves provide reliable product support.
With a single stainless steel heating element, the True STG2H-2S ensures consistent heat distribution. Low-velocity fans circulate air uniformly, maintaining food warmth. The adjustable top vent offers humidity control. The epoxy-coated evaporator coil resists corrosion. The interior temperature ranges from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, with external display in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
