The True STG1HRI89-1S Spec Series® roll-in heated cabinet is ideal for keeping cooked and baked food warm. Its roll-in design features a stainless steel ramp for easy cart and rack storage. Constructed with stainless steel and aluminum, it's durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The cabinet is well-insulated with polyurethane to maintain temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, using two stainless steel heating elements and low-velocity fans for even heat distribution. You can control humidity with the adjustable top vent.
Security and convenience are paramount with this unit. The stainless steel door boasts a sturdy metal handle and features a bolt-style lock and three cam-lift hinges for added security. The hinges also allow the door to remain open beyond 120 degrees for loading/unloading and automatically close below 120 degrees to save energy. The magnetic gasket ensures a tight seal and can be removed tool-free. Illuminated by incandescent lights, the interior offers excellent visibility.
