The STC12 is a countertop wine chiller designed to meet ETL-S NSF-7 commercial standards. It utilizes a compressor-based cooling system, ensuring a rapid temperature pull-down, making it well-suited for use in bars, tasting rooms, and restaurants. This unit can accommodate up to twelve standard Bordeaux style wine bottles in an upright position, with a tinted glass window that not only provides an attractive display but also illuminates the labels of the front bottles. The soft blue LED lighting offers three levels of brightness adjustment, allowing you to customize it to your specific setting.
Equipped with digital controls, this wine chiller offers straightforward temperature management. You can set the temperature within the range of 41 to 68ºF to cater to both red and white wines. Switching between Fahrenheit and Celsius display is as simple as pressing a button. An internal fan helps ensure even cooling of the stored bottles, and an audible temperature alarm will alert you if the cooler goes out of the recommended range.
