The Omcan-13166 is a heavy-duty spiral dough mixer built for professional use. It offers dual-speed capabilities with a 1.5 HP motor for the Spiral and 1 HP for the Bowl. The Bowl operates at 6 RPM in the 1st speed and 12 RPM in the 2nd speed, while the Spiral operates at 60 RPM in the 1st speed and 120 RPM in the 2nd speed, ensuring efficient dough mixing.
The mixer comes with a generous Bowl capacity of 40 lbs. and doesn't include a timer feature. It draws 3.8 amps in the 1st speed and 2.6 amps in the 2nd speed, with wattages of 1100W for the Spiral and 750W for the Bowl. It operates on 208V/60Hz/3 electrical supply.
