Its 1" thick polished steel griddle plate with 12 gage construction, 4" stainless steel back, and tapered side splashes guarantee even heating and easy maintenance. The grease chute is fully welded to prevent grease migration, ensuring a clean cooking environment. Each 12" of griddle width is powered by a 27,000 BTU/hr. “U” shaped aluminized steel burner and mechanical snap action thermostat, with temperature adjustment from 200° to 550°F.
