The Rapid Recovery composite plate, featuring a stainless steel surface and an aluminum core, promotes quick recovery for increased output. The aluminum core maintains uniform heating, minimizing hot or cold spots, while the stainless steel top surface ensures easy cleaning.
Powered by three high-output "U" shaped burners delivering 81,000 BTU, this griddle offers maximum efficiency. The burners are strategically placed 12" apart on the griddle surface. Independent controls with a temperature range of 150-450°F provide exceptional recovery and response time, offering precise cooking control.
Built for durability in a commercial environment, the griddle features a fully welded stainless steel body with an aluminized frame. The front ledge incorporates a "cool bullnose" design, enhancing safety on the prep line. The 4" adjustable legs raise the unit to a comfortable working height. Cleaning is made easy with a 6 qt. removable grease drawer.
