The Star 624TF Star-Max® griddle is a versatile cooking appliance that excels in commercial kitchen environments. It is equipped with a 1-inch-thick polished steel plate designed to provide even heat distribution while withstanding the rigors of frequent heating and cooling cycles without warping.
One of the standout features of this griddle is its precise temperature control. It operates within a temperature range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing you to achieve specific cooking results. The embedded thermostat is highly responsive to temperature changes, ensuring that adjustments are quickly reflected on the cooking surface.
To guarantee even heat distribution across the 24-inch width of the griddle, two U-shaped burners are positioned at 12-inch intervals. This feature ensures consistent cooking results, whether you're preparing breakfast items, burgers, or other popular dishes.
The griddle's bull-nose front serves a dual purpose. Not only does it help protect the operator from the heat, enhancing safety, but it also safeguards the control knobs from damage, ensuring durability.
