The True TDD-2CT-S-HC draft beer system can serve two beers simultaneously with storage for two half-barrel kegs and two insulated beer columns. A two-way manifold ensures proper carbon dioxide delivery to the beer lines, minimizing foam and maintaining beer quality. Glasses can be stored in the chilled area under the slide top or along the aluminum glass guardrail. The interior is protected during loading by a door threshold protector, and LED lights provide interior visibility. Temperature settings range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit's exterior, including the top, front, sides, and doors, is made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.
The draft beer system features electronically commutated fan motors that evenly circulate air inside, producing minimal heat and consuming low energy. Dense polyurethane insulation in the walls and doors retains cold air, while magnetic door gaskets create an airtight seal to prevent heat from entering the cabinet. The refrigeration unit is self-contained and accessible from behind the front grille for easy servicing and cleaning. During compressor fan motor startup, it reverses for 20 seconds to remove dust, debris, and dirt from the condenser coil, maintaining efficient operation and reducing energy consumption. While this self-cleaning feature extends the unit's lifespan, routine preventative maintenance is still recommended for optimal performance.
