The Turbo Air MST-60-N is a 60" M3 series refrigerated sandwich prep table designed to enhance efficiency in your sandwich shop or cafe. It features a spacious 9.5" wide polyethylene cutting board and 2 adjustable, polyethylene-coated wire shelves, along with (16) 1/6 size, 4" deep condiment food pans for ingredient organization. The unit utilizes an innovative cold air compartment and gas condensate system to maintain consistent temperature control. A digital control system allows temperature monitoring, with a range of 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and has a durable stainless steel interior and exterior. The self-cleaning condenser system reduces maintenance and increases energy efficiency. Plus, it comes with casters for mobility and requires a 115V electrical connection. Ideal for delivering fresh salads and sandwiches with ease and reliability.
