The Wells HDTG-4830G commercial gas griddle features four heated sections with individual control knobs, allowing precise temperature adjustments. This versatile unit allows simultaneous cooking of different products at various temperatures. It comes ready for natural gas use and includes an LP gas conversion kit. With a 47-inch-wide plate that is 3/4 inch thick, this griddle offers durability without warping during heating and cooling cycles. It also provides quick heat-up and cool-down times compared to thicker plates. The integrated splashguards on the sides and back protect surrounding surfaces from grease and food splatter. Cleaning is made easy as liquid on the plate can be directed into the grease trough, flowing into the drawer.
