With two 15,000 BTU/hr. ceramic infrared burners, it provides a total input of 30,000 BTU/hr. The dual heat controls offer improved temperature management, ranging from 250°F to 800°F at the rack.
Featuring a pilot ignition system and a cool-to-the-touch knob, this broiler ensures user safety and precise positioning of the broiling carriage. The heavy-duty chrome-plated broiling grid measures 27.5"W x 13"D, and the removable spillage pan simplifies cleanup. With a 3/4" top natural gas connection and a gas pressure regulator, it handles input up to 100,000 BTU/hr.
