The topping rail is equipped to hold 12 1/3 size food pans up to 6 inches deep, ensuring your fresh toppings are always within reach.
This unit features a side-mounted, front-breathing 2/3 hp compressor that runs on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. This refrigerant choice has a low ozone depletion potential (ODP) and a minimal global warming potential (GWP), making it an environmentally responsible option for your business. The side-mounted compressor not only helps maintain food-safe temperatures but also allows the unit to be placed closer to the wall, saving valuable aisle space.
Turbo Air's revolutionary self-cleaning condenser system automatically cleans the condenser by moving a rotating brush up and down its surface 2-3 times a day. This eliminates the need for manual cleaning, prevents dust buildup on the coils, reduces stress on the compressor, and minimizes the risk of breakdowns, resulting in fewer maintenance calls and higher energy efficiency.
