Its top compartment accommodates 12 third-size, 6-inch-deep condiment pans, ensuring ingredients stay fresh below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The top pan compartment is separated from the cabinet interior, containing spills.
Additional ingredients can be stored in the refrigerated base, featuring four drawers capable of holding 12 sixth-size, 6-inch-deep pans each, along with a cabinet section that includes two shelves. A generous 19¼-inch-deep, ½-inch-thick cutting board spans the full width of the table, ideal for assembling pizzas.
The unit is equipped with a self-contained refrigeration system using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant, making installation and maintenance a breeze. With automatic brushing to prevent dust buildup on the self-cleaning condenser, it ensures reliable and efficient operation.
