The Turbo Air TPR-93SD-D2-N pizza prep table is a dependable addition to any pizzeria. With a stainless steel exterior and galvanized steel back and bottom, it's built to last. The top rail features an insulated pan cover and 12 condiment pans, all maintained at safe temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit by a forced-air refrigeration system.
The prep table comes with a spacious 19-inch deep polyethylene cutting board, perfect for assembling pizzas. Inside, stainless steel shelves and drawers provide storage for additional ingredients, with adjustable shelves and the drawers accommodating 6-inch-deep pans. Maintenance is made easy with the self-cleaning condenser featuring a mesh filter and rotating brush, while the side-mount compressor is front-breathing and serviceable without removal.
