Description
The Turbo Air JST-48-N sandwich and salad prep table uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant and digital controls to maintain the right temperatures. It has a side-mount compressor unit for easy service and effective component access. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensures efficient cold air retention. The interior features stainless steel construction with adjustable polyethylene-coated wire shelves, while LED lighting provides interior visibility.
The prep table has a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom. Its ergonomic doors with magnetic gaskets can be removed for maintenance. A spacious cutting board runs the length of the table for food preparation convenience, and a front grille cover allows easy access and cleaning.
