The Turbo Air JST-36-N 36" J series refrigerated salad/sandwich prep table is designed for delivering fresh salads and sandwiches. It features a 9 1/2" wide polyethylene cutting board, one adjustable polyethylene-coated wire shelf, and eight 4" deep condiment food pans for ingredient organization. This prep table ensures consistent temperature control with its cold air compartment and gas condensate system. The stainless steel interior and exterior are corrosion-resistant and durable.
The self-closing swing door with ABS sheet door liners prevents temperature loss and condensation. It's insulated with CFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane for energy efficiency. The 1/4 hp compressor uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant with low environmental impact. Cleaning is made easy with the included grill and condenser cleaning brush kit. You have the option to make it mobile with the included casters. This unit operates on a 115V electrical connection.
