Enhance your restaurant's efficiency with the Turbo Air EST-36-N6 2-door refrigerated sandwich prep table. It features an aluminum exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and a stainless steel and aluminum interior. This prep table accommodates (10) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans, and includes a 9 1/2" deep, 1/2" thick cutting board for convenient prep space.
The Cold Air Compartment technology ensures even temperatures in the food pans, extending food freshness. This unit has a refrigerated base with two adjustable shelves and maintains temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. It operates on an eco-friendly R-600a refrigerant, which has a low environmental impact.
For ease of cleaning and mobility, this prep table comes with 4" swivel casters with front caster locks. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
