The True TSSU-72-30M-B-ST-FGLID-HC food prep table is perfect for high-volume salad and sandwich production. It measures 72 5/16 inches wide and 38 1/8 inches tall, constructed with sturdy stainless steel and a GalFan-coated steel back for corrosion resistance.
The cabinet base features a clear-coated aluminum interior, a stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning, and six adjustable wire shelves for efficient ingredient storage.
It comes with 30 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans placed near the cutting board for quick assembly. These pans are protected by a flat glass lid to preserve freshness and maintain visibility. The unit operates at a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, with a compressor fan motor that reverses for 20 seconds upon startup to keep the condensing coil free of debris, ensuring efficient operation and extending the system's lifespan. Regular maintenance is still recommended.
