The True TSSU-72-24M-B-ST-ADA-HC food prep table maintains a temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using a self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The condenser is accessible from the back for easy maintenance, while guided airflow ensures even cooling throughout the cabinet base and pan rail compartment.
This unit complies with ADA regulations, with a 34-inch work surface height. It features a polyethylene cutting board for salad and sandwich preparation, a pan compartment with 24 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans, and six adjustable shelves in the base. The compressor's fan motor reverses for 20 seconds at startup to clear dust and debris from the condensing coil, improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption. While this feature extends the unit's lifespan, regular maintenance is still recommended.
