The True TSSU-48-15M-B-ADA-HC is a versatile addition to any modern kitchen. Its mega top design allows for more ingredient pans, enhancing productivity. It features an 8 7/8" deep, removable polyethylene cutting board and comes with 15 standard 1/6 size pans, along with four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves for organization. The unit is ADA compliant in height.
Built for durability, it boasts a stainless steel exterior and a clear-coated aluminum interior with coved corners for easy cleaning. The self-closing doors have a 90-degree stay-open feature. It's well-insulated for temperature retention and powered by a robust 1/3 hp compressor using environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant. The unit is easy to move with 3" casters and requires a 115V electrical connection.
