The True TSSU-48-10-ADA-HC food prep table is built for durability with a stainless steel exterior, including the front, sides, top, doors, lid, and hood. The back is coated with GalFan for added rust protection. Its refrigerated base features two self-closing swing doors with magnetic gaskets to minimize cold air loss. The doors can stay open past 90 degrees for convenient stocking, and the unit has adjustable and removable PVC-coated shelves for flexible storage. The interior is easy to clean, with clear-coated aluminum walls, a stainless steel floor, and rounded corners.
The top section includes a high-density polyethylene cutting board for ingredient prep and sandwich assembly. It has a top opening that accommodates 10 sixth-size food pans for toppings, and a cover keeps food fresh and cold when not in use. The insulated lid prevents moisture buildup. There's also counter space for seasonings and sauces.
The refrigeration system maintains consistent temperatures using R290 refrigerant through capillary tubes, ensuring even cooling around the food. The fan has a sealed motor to prevent dust and debris from entering. For maintenance, the condensing unit can be easily accessed by sliding it out from the back. An automatic reversing fan motor helps keep the condensing coil clean, and routine preventative maintenance is recommended for optimal efficiency.
