This system maintains a product temperature between 33°F to 41°F, meeting ANSI/NSF-7 standards.
The exterior is built with stainless steel, while the GalFan coated steel back resists corrosion. The patented foam-insulated lid and hood, made of stainless steel, keep pans colder, lock in freshness, and reduce condensation. They're also removable for easy cleaning.
Inside, you'll find an attractive, NSF-approved clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners. The unit includes an 8 7/8" deep, 1/2" thick, full-length removable cutting board made of NSF-approved white polyethylene, providing a durable preparation surface. Heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves add to the unit's functionality.
