The True TSSU-27-12M-C-ADA-HC prep table is designed for durability and efficiency. Its stainless steel construction resists stains, scratches, and dents, while the aluminum-coated steel back prevents corrosion. The left-hinged door features a 12-inch recessed handle and stays open beyond 90 degrees for easy loading. It also self-closes if not fully opened. A magnetic gasket prevents cold air leaks. The interior has a stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning and is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. Adjustable shelves provide extra storage, and the clear-coated aluminum interior resists corrosion.
The top of the unit features a cutting board and a food pan compartment for ingredient prep. The cutting board spans the unit's length, offering ample space for assembling dishes. A total of 12 sixth-size polycarbonate pans are included, perfect for holding various ingredients. An insulated lid keeps ingredients cool between uses. The unit's temperature ranges from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, maintained by eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through a self-contained capillary tube system. The epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion and has an automatic self-cleaning feature that removes dust from the condensing coil when the compressor starts. Regular maintenance ensures peak performance. The refrigeration system is accessible from the back and comes with 3-inch castors for easy mobility during cleaning.
