The True TSSU-27-08D-2-ADA-HC sandwich/salad prep table is designed for efficiency and easy maintenance. It features one section with two drawers, each capable of holding a full-size food pan. The drawers have recessed handles and removable magnetic gaskets for easy cleaning. Constructed with stainless steel drawers and a clear-coated aluminum interior liner, it's easy to clean and maintain.
This unit utilizes high-density polyurethane insulation and an efficient 1/5-HP compressor with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain safe temperatures in both the cabinet and food pans. A self-cleaning feature and routine maintenance help keep the condensing coil operating efficiently, increasing the unit's lifespan. The epoxy-coated evaporator and sealed, self-lubricating fan motor reduce maintenance needs, and the condenser is easily accessible for service.
