The True TMC-58-S-DS-SS-HC milk cooler uses a forced-air system with energy-efficient fans to keep products cold. Operators can set the temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which is displayed on the exterior digital control. It utilizes eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The condensing unit is easily accessible for maintenance. The condensing fan motor helps maintain a clean condensing coil by blowing air towards it for 20 seconds when the compressor starts, reducing debris buildup and energy consumption. The cooler accommodates 16 milk crates and has reinforced stainless steel construction with dual-sided access for two cafeteria lines. The heavy-duty doors on both sides have security locks.
