The True TMC-49-SS-HC milk cooler offers ample space, measuring 491⁄4 inches by 35 inches, accommodating 13-inch-wide by 13-inch-deep by 115⁄8-inch-tall crates. Its durable construction features stainless steel walls and floor to resist rust, scratches, and dents. A built-in floor drain simplifies cleaning.
This milk cooler provides convenient access through stainless steel doors, one that flips up on the top and one that drops down on the side. The forced-air refrigeration system uses efficient fan motors to evenly distribute cold air, saving energy and reducing heat production. Operators can set and monitor temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit using the external digital display.
The condensing coil is automatically cleaned by the condensing fan motor, blowing in a reverse direction for 20 seconds when the compressor starts. This mechanism aids in removing debris buildup, enhancing cooling efficiency, and reducing energy consumption. It complements regular preventive maintenance. The condenser is easily accessible at the rear with a slide-out design.
