The True TFP-32-12M food prep table comes with 12 sixth-size polycarbonate food pans, ideal for salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. It maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, preserving food quality and safety. A foam-insulated lid and refrigerated cabinet base keep ingredients fresh. An 8-inch-wide cutting board runs the table's length for convenient prep. It uses a capillary tube system and R134A refrigerant, with an evaporator fan motor for even cooling. The condensing unit slides out for maintenance, and the polyurethane insulation retains cold air.
