The True TCGG-60-LD full-service deli case is equipped with a refrigeration system designed to maintain consistent temperatures in high humidity, ensuring the freshness of meats, cheeses, and other deli products. This system operates using R134A refrigerant within a self-contained capillary tube system, effectively keeping temperatures between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. To optimize efficiency, the unit is equipped with an automatic defrost system that eliminates ice buildup.
The deli case is well-insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, which helps retain cold air within the cabinet. The interior of the unit is illuminated by five LED light sources, ensuring that products displayed behind the insulated, double-pane glass front are highly visible to customers. The convenience of both customers and staff is considered, as the sliding doors on the rear of the cabinet close automatically. Inside, the four shelves that hold deli products can be adjusted to enhance product presentation.
