The True TCGG-48-S-LD full-service deli case is designed to efficiently hold and showcase products on two adjustable white PVC-coated shelves. It features LED lighting both on the shelves and inside the cabinet, enhancing visibility for customers to view items displayed through the curved front glass. The rear cabinet doors, also made of glass, come equipped with 12-inch handles, self-close functionality, and provide employees with easy access to the contents.
The interior and exterior of the deli case are constructed with stainless steel, ensuring durability and simplifying the cleaning process. The interior floor has coved corners, eliminating crevices that might trap debris. The refrigeration system utilizes a high-humidity gravity coil to maintain cold and fresh conditions for deli meats, cheeses, and salads, with temperatures ranging from 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. R134A refrigerant is responsible for maintaining these temperatures, and an automatic defrost system prevents ice buildup on the components. Operators can conveniently access the condensing unit from the rear, thanks to its slide-out design, making servicing and cleaning a straightforward process.
