The True STR2RRT-2G-2S is part of the True Spec Series, designed for exceptional performance and durability. Its roll-through design is ideal for bakeries, banquet facilities, educational institutions, cafeterias, and assisted living communities, facilitating rear kitchen restocking and front server access. Four 4 1/4" deep loading ramps ensure easy entry and exit.
This refrigerator features a 1/2 hp factory-balanced top-mounted refrigeration system, safeguarding against damage from dust, spills, or food particles. It uses R-134A refrigerant. The self-closing low-E insulated glass doors conserve energy and allow for easy inventory tracking. All four doors stay open beyond 120 degrees.
Equipped with a sealed, cast iron self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and an extra-large evaporator coil, this unit ensures reliable performance. Heavy-duty metal door handles are built to last. The exterior digital display simplifies temperature monitoring. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation promotes temperature retention. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
