Nine heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves keep ingredients organized. The top-mounted 2 3/4 hp compressor maximizes capacity and efficiency by positioning the evaporator outside the food zone.
Convenient features include auto-defrost and an exterior temperature display. Six solid stainless steel half doors are self-closing with a 120-degree stay-open feature and magnetic door gaskets for a tight seal. Cleaning is a breeze with stainless steel and aluminum construction.
Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation adds structural strength and energy efficiency. The freezer operates with a self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system using R-404A refrigerant, maintaining -10 degrees Fahrenheit. It requires a 115V electrical connection and comes with (6) 5" plate casters, three with brakes, for easy maneuverability during cleaning.
