Inside, this sushi case has a capacity of 3 cubic feet and can accommodate up to six trays, allowing for organized and visually appealing product arrangements. It features two drain hoses and a removable detergent-safe air filter for easy maintenance.
The high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulated cabinet keeps your items at the perfect temperature. The unit uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant for efficient cooling. It operates on 115 Volts, 60 Hz, and 1-phase power, with an amperage of 1.5 for its 1/8 HP compressor.
