Description
The Star 8024CBB Ultra-Max® LP charbroiler offers a powerful 80,000 BTU of cooking capacity, thanks to its high-performance straight tubular cast iron burners that are evenly spaced every 6 inches. This design provides efficient, fast, and flavorful cooking with excellent heat distribution and control.
Built with durability in mind, the charbroiler features a welded steel frame with a stainless steel exterior. Its reversible cast iron grates can be adjusted to sit flat or at an incline, making it versatile for various cooking needs. A 5-inch tapered wrap-around splash guard helps maintain cleanliness and safety.
For added convenience, a large-capacity water pan simplifies the cleanup process, while the 4-inch adjustable legs provide stability. The unit comes complete with a 5 lb. bag of lava rocks for every 12 inches of width and features a 3/4" rear NPT gas connection. With overall dimensions of 24" W x 35-1/8" D x 18" H, it's a compact and efficient cooking solution.
