The Star 6015CBF Star-Max® Gas Charbroiler is a reliable cooking appliance powered by natural gas, providing consistent heat through its H-style, cast iron burner. It efficiently transfers heat to the cooking surface using lava rock, which not only ensures even cooking but also imparts rich flavors and aromas to the food. The lava rock absorbs grease and vaporizes it, enhancing the taste of the dishes.
Designed for high-volume cooking, the grates of this charbroiler are capable of supporting a large quantity of food products. These grates are adjustable in 6-inch sections, allowing you to position them in either flat or inclined positions. Moreover, the grates are reversible, featuring a thin side for searing and a thick side for more delicate items.
The charbroiler includes a bull-nose front, which not only protects the operator from the hot surface but also serves as a user-friendly element. A tapered splash guard is integrated into the unit to facilitate cleaning by containing grease splatter and debris on the cooktop.
