The Turbo Air TST-72SD-N Super Deluxe sandwich/salad prep table is designed for assembling fresh salads and sandwiches with ease. It features a 9 1/2" wide cutting board, a top rail that accommodates 18 condiment food pans (1/6 size, 4" deep), and offers a spacious 19 cu. ft. storage area accessed through three ergonomic doors, with three stainless steel shelves that resist peeling or rusting over time. LED lighting ensures optimal visibility inside the unit.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and a galvanized steel back, back grill, and bottom, this cabinet is insulated with high-density, CFC-free insulation to maintain consistent temperatures. The stainless steel interior is both sleek and easy to clean. The unit includes an innovative cold air compartment, which not only ensures even temperatures but also prevents food spillage and extends product life. A forced air system surrounds each food pan for excellent temperature retention.
This prep table is designed to keep products between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit and is equipped with a 1/4 hp compressor that circulates environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. The digital temperature controls are external and easy to monitor, and the compressor is readily accessible for service.
For added convenience, Turbo Air's self-cleaning condenser system automatically cleans the condenser, reducing the need for manual cleaning and preventing dust buildup on the coils. This results in fewer maintenance calls and higher energy efficiency. The unit comes with a set of 4" casters for mobility and requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
