The Turbo Air EST-28-N6 E-line refrigerated sandwich prep table is a cost-effective and durable choice for restaurants, diners, and cafes. Its aluminum exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and stainless steel and aluminum interior make for easy cleaning and long-lasting use.
Equipped with Cold Air Compartment technology, this prep table ensures even temperatures in the included (8) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans. A 9 1/2" deep, 1/2" thick cutting board provides ample prep space.
The refrigerated base, featuring high-density polyurethane insulation and an adjustable shelf, maintains temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigerator operates with an eco-friendly R-600a refrigerant, which has a low environmental impact.
For convenient cleaning, the unit is mounted on 4" diameter swivel casters, with front casters that lock. It requires a 115V electrical connection to operate. Perfect for serving freshly-made sandwiches in your establishment.
