The adjustable shelves and full-length cutting board, made of white polyethylene, enhance convenience. It maintains precise temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, powered by a forced-air refrigeration system and eco-friendly R290 refrigerant.
The self-cleaning condenser fan motor ensures efficient operation, but routine maintenance remains essential. The stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor ensure durability and easy cleaning. The refrigerated pan rail features removable lids and hoods, minimizing condensation and locking in freshness. This unit is raised to an ADA-compliant height of 34 inches with 3-inch stem castors.
