The True TSSU-48-15M-B-ADA-HC is a smart addition to any modern kitchen. Its mega top design accommodates more ingredient pans, enhancing prep line productivity. With an 8 7/8" deep, full-length polyethylene cutting board, ample prep space is at your disposal, and it's easily removable for cleaning. The refrigerated pan rail includes (15) 1/6 size 4" deep pans, along with four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves for organized ingredient storage.
Built for durability, the unit features a stainless steel exterior and a clear-coated aluminum interior. Coved corners on the stainless steel floor simplify cleaning. Additional highlights include self-closing doors with a 90-degree stay-open feature, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for temperature retention, and a robust 1/3 hp compressor using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. This refrigerant has low environmental impact. With 3" casters, it's easy to move for cleaning or maintenance. The unit operates with a 115V electrical connection, making it a practical choice for any kitchen.
