Featuring self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration, it ensures that your ingredients stay at the ideal temperature. The stainless steel top comes with an opening for (8) 1/6 size pans, and a 1/2" thick insulated top lid guarantees freshness.
Efficiency is key with (2) heavy-duty stainless steel drawers and a 12-1/4" removable cutting board for easy prep. Digital controls with an LED display allow precise temperature management, and the auto-defrost feature minimizes maintenance.
Designed for ease of use, it has a front air-breathing system, stainless steel interior, and stainless steel front, top, and sides for durability and hygiene. The galvanized steel bottom and rear enhance its robust construction.
