It features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration for consistent cooling, while the self-closing stainless steel doors and adjustable plastic-coated steel shelves ensure durability and flexibility.
Accommodating up to 12 1/6 size pans, this prep table includes a thermostat for precise temperature control and maintains a range that ensures your ingredients stay fresh. The 430 stainless steel construction, combined with four casters (two front-locking), makes it both robust and mobile. Operating with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and 1/3 HP, the BST-48 is also cETLus and NSF certified for reliability and safety.
