Description
The True TCGG-36-LD full-service deli case is designed to maintain temperatures between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, with the flexibility for operators to set a specific temperature within that range. Cleaning and servicing the condenser is made convenient with its slide-out design located at the back of the unit. This deli case is equipped with a high-humidity evaporator coil, ideal for displaying meats, cheeses, and sandwiches. To enhance durability, the evaporator is coated with epoxy, and it features a defrost cycle that initiates and concludes at predetermined intervals to minimize frost buildup.
Product placement within the unit is accommodated by two adjustable shelves and a stainless steel floor equipped with coved corners to prevent food debris from accumulating. The interior is well-lit with LED lighting and features a white finish. For easy access, operators can retrieve items from the True TCGG-36-LD deli case through its rear sliding doors, which self-close to maintain the cold interior temperature. Glass inserts allow for product visibility without the need to open the unit.
