This unit is constructed with a stainless steel frame and interior, along with a silver PVC-coated steel front panel for exceptional durability.
Convenience is key with a stainless steel rear workbench, providing space for prep work and easy access to tongs and serving utensils. The unit features CFC-free injected foam insulation, ensuring optimal temperatures and environmentally friendly operation. An integrated heavy-duty ice pan is included for displaying and maintaining fish at their best. To protect your investment, the black steel kick plate and foamed polystyrene end panels offer both safeguarding and a sleek design. Adjustable leveling feet ensure stability even on uneven surfaces.
The display case features tempered, curved front glass and tempered glass sides, guaranteeing your customers always enjoy a clear view of the displayed products. Interior LED lighting enhances product visibility, providing superior illumination compared to fluorescent or incandescent lights. An anti-condensing system keeps the front glass clear, ensuring constant visibility of your seafood. The removable, rear sliding tempered glass door makes loading and unloading products easy.
The internal temperature and defrost cycle are regulated by a digital controller, allowing you to maintain precise control. An easy-to-read digital thermometer display ensures your case maintains the perfect temperature to keep your seafood fresh and safe. Operating within a food-safe temperature range of 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, this model uses a low-velocity forced air system to prevent your fresh seafood from drying out. Maintenance is straightforward with the condensing unit that easily slides in and out. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection, one power outlet, and one drain for operation.
