The True T-49G-4-HC~FGD01 two-section reach-in refrigerator is designed for optimal efficiency and performance. It maintains temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit and features electronically commutated condenser and evaporator fan motors that consume minimal energy and produce little heat. The condensing fan motor runs in reverse for 20 seconds during startup, reducing dust buildup on the condensing coil and enhancing its lifespan. This, along with regular maintenance, ensures reliable operation.
With a bottom-mounted refrigeration system, the compressor remains in the coolest kitchen area, and the unit's elevated storage area offers ergonomic access for staff. Inside, six adjustable epoxy-coated shelves provide flexibility for product storage. The four glass half doors allow for easy inventory checks, and integrated lights improve visibility. The exterior features stainless steel construction for durability and rust resistance, while the top, back, and sides are made of robust anodized aluminum.
