It serves as both a refrigerator and a freezer, thanks to two independent, self-contained capillary systems. The refrigerator section maintains temperatures between 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while the freezer keeps products at a chilly -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
Featuring double-paned, thermal glass half doors and a robust stainless steel front, this unit offers excellent chill retention and durability, resisting dents, scratches, and rust. For added convenience, it's mounted on 4-inch castors, making it easy to move for maintenance or relocation.
The interior of the True T-23DT-G-HC~FGD01 is well-lit with energy-efficient LED lighting, providing clear visibility for product retrieval. Three PVC-coated wire shelves ensure strength and longevity, while foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation keeps temperatures stable. The unit uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for cooling.
To enhance longevity and maintain cold storage, the fan motor reverses direction for 20 seconds after the compressor starts, effectively blowing dust and debris off the condensing coil. While this self-cleaning feature is beneficial, regular maintenance is still recommended for optimal performance and product quality.
